Why These Three Chakra Areas Are Healed Together

The Root, Feet, and Sacral Chakras create a powerful foundation-restoration pathway.

The Root Chakra asks:

Do I feel supported underneath everything I am carrying?

The Feet Chakras ask:

Do I feel connected with the present and able to move forward with steadiness?

The Sacral Chakra asks:

Is there enough emotional and personal energy flowing through me to feel alive within my own life?
