Some emotions move through quickly.

Others stay.

Some return when something reminds the heart of an earlier experience. Some become connected with relationships, memories, fears, expectations, or situations that have never completely felt resolved.

Emotional Healing Journey — Restoring • Healing • Letting Go is a monthly Angel Healing Membership created to gently work through those emotions one at a time.

Every month has a clearly identified Emotion to Heal.

That month’s entire intuitive reading, Angel Healing, Archangel healing, teachings, journal prompts, affirmations, prayer, and personalized guidance will center around that emotional theme.

The intention is not to stop emotions from existing.

The intention is to understand them.

To recognize what brings them forward.

To understand what may be underneath them.

To bring healing to the emotional energy surrounding them.

To release what no longer needs to remain attached.

And to learn gentle ways of returning that emotion toward a healthier place of peace and balance when it appears again.

The Emotional Healing Journey

Each renewal continues into the next emotional theme:

1. Feeling Overwhelmed — understanding emotional overload, recognizing when too much has been carried, and restoring calm.
2. Sadness — giving sadness room to be acknowledged while bringing comfort, healing, and emotional restoration.
3. Anger — understanding what the anger may be protecting or trying to communicate and learning healthier ways to release its intensity.
4. Worry — working with repetitive thoughts about what might happen and gently returning energy toward the present.

This membership is month to month. There is no expectation that every emotion must be completely resolved before another theme begins.

If an earlier emotion still needs attention, that can remain part of the healing while the journey continues.

Emotional healing is allowed to take time.

A Full Intuitive Reading Every Month

This is not simply a monthly lesson about an emotion.

Every month includes a full personalized intuitive Angel Healing Reading centered around that month’s Emotion to Heal.

I will intuitively connect with the member’s energy and look deeper into how that emotion feels personally.

The reading may explore where the emotional energy appears strongest, what seems to bring it forward, what may be underneath it, what the heart may be trying to communicate, what feels ready for healing, and what may need to be restored.

The same emotion can feel very different from one person to another.

For that reason, the monthly emotional theme provides the direction, while the reading itself remains personal.

Archangel Michael — Cutting the Emotional Cords

Archangel Michael will be one of the primary healing Archangels throughout this membership.

One of the ways I will work with Archangel Michael is through spiritual cord cutting.

Cord cutting does not mean removing memories, eliminating normal emotions, ending relationships, or pretending an experience did not matter.

Within this membership, cord cutting refers to an energetic spiritual practice intended to release unhealthy emotional attachment and repetitive energetic connections to an emotion, experience, memory, person, expectation, or pattern.

For example, an experience may have happened years ago, yet anger immediately returns whenever it is remembered.

Someone may no longer be part of life, yet feelings of rejection continue to feel emotionally present.

A mistake may be in the past, yet guilt remains attached to it.

Archangel Michael’s healing will focus on helping release those energetic cords and emotional attachments that feel ready to be cleared.

The intention is not to cut away the ability to feel.

It is to help release the part of the emotion that no longer needs to keep repeating itself with the same intensity.

Archangel Raphael — Healing the Emotion

After emotional energy has been acknowledged and release work has taken place, Archangel Raphael will be invited forward for healing and restoration.

Raphael’s work within the membership will focus on bringing gentle healing to what feels emotionally tender, depleted, heavy, or exhausted.

Michael helps with the release.

Raphael helps with the healing and restoration that follow.

Together, these two Archangels will remain the primary healing presence throughout the Emotional Healing Journey, while other Archangels may occasionally come forward when their guidance feels connected with that month’s reading.

Understanding the Root

An important part of this membership is learning that the first emotion noticed may not always be the deepest emotion present.

Anger may have sadness underneath it.

Worry may have fear underneath it.

Feeling unappreciated may have loneliness or disappointment underneath it.

Jealousy may have insecurity underneath it.

Difficulty letting go may have grief, attachment, regret, or unanswered questions underneath it.

Each month includes teachings around how to acknowledge the emotion rather than immediately pushing it away.

The intention is to gently ask:

What brought this forward?

What feels underneath it?

What does this emotion need?

What keeps bringing it back?

What is ready to be healed?

What is ready to be released?

Understanding the root can make the emotion much easier to recognize when it appears again.

Learning How to Handle the Emotion When It Returns

Emotional healing does not mean never experiencing sadness, anger, worry, fear, or disappointment again.

These are human emotions.

The goal is to develop a healthier relationship with them.

Each month’s teaching will include ways to recognize when the emotion is beginning to rise and ways to help bring it from a place of emotional intensity toward a calmer level.

Instead of worry growing into hours of repetitive thinking, the emotion can be noticed earlier.

Instead of anger immediately taking over, there can be greater awareness of what triggered it.

Instead of feeling unappreciated automatically becoming self-doubt, there can be an understanding of what the heart actually needs.

The intention is greater emotional awareness, not emotional perfection.

Personalized Journal Prompts Every Month

Journal prompts are an important part of this membership.

Every month will include personalized journal prompts specifically connected with that month’s Emotion to Heal and the intuitive reading received.

These prompts are intended to gently help bring the emotional experience into greater awareness.

They may explore where the emotion began, what brings it forward, what still feels unresolved, what needs to be expressed, what deserves compassion, and what feels ready to be released.

The journal prompts are not meant to force an answer.

They provide a private place to listen to what the heart may have been trying to say.

Personalized Affirmations

Every monthly reading will also include affirmations connected with the emotional healing taking place.

These will not simply be generic positive statements.

The affirmations will reflect the emotion being healed and what I intuitively feel needs to be strengthened or restored.

For one month that may be peace.

Another month may focus on worthiness.

Another may center around courage, trust, boundaries, forgiveness, receiving, or letting go.

They can be saved and returned to whenever that emotional theme resurfaces.

A Personal Angel Prayer

A personalized prayer will also be included each month.

The prayer will invite the loving presence and healing support of the Archangels around the emotion being worked with.

It may ask for healing, understanding, protection, courage, release, comfort, peace, or restoration depending on that month’s emotional theme.

Personal Sharing Is Always Welcome

Alongside the listed Emotion to Heal, members are always welcome to share what has personally been happening.

After receiving the order confirmation email, simply reply directly to that email with anything that feels important for me to know.

There may be something happening in a relationship.

An old emotion may have returned.

Something may have triggered sadness or worry.

There may simply be a feeling that is difficult to explain.

Sharing can be as brief or as detailed as feels comfortable.
