Heart Chakra Healing With Archangel Raphael

The healing begins with your Heart Chakra.

Your Heart Chakra carries much more than romantic love. It can hold the energetic impressions of family relationships, friendships, disappointments, grief, giving, receiving, forgiveness, compassion, and the many ways you have learned to connect with other people.

Sometimes the Heart Chakra remains very open while the person behind it becomes exhausted.

You may continue understanding everyone else’s point of view, making allowances for their behavior, trying to keep relationships together, or giving additional chances while quietly carrying your own hurt, disappointment, or emotional needs.

In other situations, relationship experiences may have caused the Heart Chakra to become more protective. Part of you may still want closeness and connection while another part has become more cautious about being vulnerable again.

I will intuitively connect with your Heart Chakra and look at what its present energy is showing me.

I will work with Archangel Raphael during this portion of your healing.

This is an especially important part of this reading because loving someone and having healthy boundaries are not opposites.

A boundary does not have to mean shutting someone out.

Sometimes a boundary is simply understanding what you can lovingly give without abandoning yourself in the process.

Your Solar Plexus Chakra is connected with confidence, self-respect, personal authority, choice, and your ability to recognize when something feels right for you and when it does not.

Healthy communication is not simply speaking more.

Sometimes it means becoming clearer about what you actually feel before trying to explain it to someone else.

Sometimes it means allowing yourself to say, “This hurt me.”

Sometimes it means asking for support.

Sometimes it means communicating a boundary before frustration has had months to build.

And sometimes it means recognizing that you have been explaining yourself repeatedly when the deeper healing is learning that your feelings do not always need to be justified before they deserve respect.

Your Throat Chakra is connected with expression, truth, communication, listening, and allowing your inner experience to have an outward voice.

I will intuitively connect with this chakra and look at whether I feel there is energy around holding things back, overexplaining, difficulty asking for what you need, fear of disappointing someone, or simply struggling to find the words for what has been happening inside you.

For this part of the reading, I will work with Archangel Gabriel.

Gabriel’s role is to bring support around clarity, communication, and truthful expression.
